The responsible competition authorities have approved the complete takeover of Hilcona AG by Bell Food Group AG without any conditions or conditions. With this approval, all closing conditions for the definitive takeover have been met. The transaction takes effect retrospectively as of January 2, 2017. On May 30, 2017, the Bell Food Group announced that it wanted to take over Hilcona AG completely.
