Management of Tönnies Holding
The management of Tönnies Holding exists retroactively as of January 1st. November 2017 from four entrepreneurial personalities. Clemens Tönnies and, at the suggestion of Robert Tönnies, Andres Ruff (56) hold the chairmanship of the management board equally. Andres Ruff is an entrepreneurial personality who has gained extensive experience in numerous leadership roles at the highest levels, both nationally and internationally. The food industry was the focus of his activities. He was CEO of WIV Wein International AG in Bingen (2014 - 2017), chairman of the board of apetito AG in Rheine (2006 - 2014) and managing director of the Alois Müller dairy (2002 - 2006). He learned his trade at Procter & Gamble for over 14 years.

Reinhard Quante (54) and, as before, Daniel Nottbrock have equal rights in the area of ​​finance in the management of Tönnies Holding. Reinhard Quante was a qualified engineer. in agricultural sciences and agricultural economist in the food industry, has held management positions at Unilever and Ferrero for many years at home and abroad and was most recently CEO of Europcar Germany and a member of the Executive Committee of the international Europcar Group. Reinhard Quante takes charge of the investment management, M&A and legal departments. Daniel Nottbrock continues to be primarily responsible for financial management, including banking and taxes.

Advisory board of the Tönnies Group
The newly created advisory board of the Tönnies Group advises the holding company's management on key corporate issues and also decides on possible stalemate situations within the management or shareholder group. He is therefore continuously involved in upcoming important decisions and informed about the company's development.

The chairman of the advisory board is Dr. Reinhold Festge (71), HAVER & BOECKER OHG. Next to him are Dr. Helmut Limberg (62), former member of the board of Jungheinrich AG, and Prof. Dr. Siegfried Russwurm (54), former member of the board of Siemens AG, represented on the advisory board. In addition to Clemens and Robert Tönnies, Daniel Nottbrock (41), managing director of Tönnies Holding, Dipl.-Kfm. Jens-Uwe Göke (41), auditor and tax consultant, is on the advisory board, who played a key role in shaping and implementing the reorganization of the Tönnies Group.
