Tönnies Group expands management
Rheda-Wiedenbrück - March 8, 2024. The Tönnies Group welcomes Julia Hupp to the management team. As Chief Transformation Officer, she will now be responsible for bundling the transformation work within the group. Her core tasks include strategic planning, project management and operational change management. The aim is to strengthen the culture of continuous adaptation and improvement within the company.
“Julia Hupp will play a central role in the implementation of the transformation projects to streamline and digitalize, especially our administrative processes, in order to increase the performance of the Tönnies Group and strengthen our competitiveness,” says Maximilian Tönnies. “In times of digital transformation, this newly created role represents an essential link between technology, business strategy and change management to manage continuous change in the industry.”
Julia Hupp (36) is a qualified business economist. Previously, she spent several years as HR manager at an international automotive supplier, shaping the transformation management there.
