With this strategic investment, Bell is taking a further step in the implementation of its internationalization strategy.

With effect from January 01.01.2009, 2009, Bell Holding AG will take a majority stake in the Abraham Group based in Seevetal near Hamburg. Jürgen Abraham remains chairman of Abraham GmbH and becomes a member of the supervisory board of Bell Deutschland GmbH. The parties have agreed not to disclose the terms of the purchase.
