2017: trends, innovations and exciting competitions (21 to 23 October 2017)

"Extrawurst" for everyone: The Stuttgart-based SÜFFA is waiting for you with a wide-ranging supporting program / New practice stage in the SÜFFA village. As a specialist and innovation fair, it is a fixed date for butchering and medium-sized industry. The Stuttgart branch of SÜFFA (21 to 23 October) owes this success not only to its unique concept, but also to a comprehensive product exhibition "from A to Z".
 
Worth knowing: The stages in the SOFFA village
"The SÜFFA is an ideal platform for new trends and innovations," says Messe project manager Sophie Stähle. "With the SÜFFA village, which is distributed over the entire exhibition area, we are supplementing the exhibition with further points of reference and events." One of these points of entry is the stage for trends and innovations (Hall 7), where free expert talks, handy demonstrations and workshops important knowledge is gained and current questions are dealt with. This year, the curtain for the practice stage (Hall 9) will be opened for the first time: the 250 exhibitors at SÜFFA will be showing their novelties.
 
Fashionable: professional clothing to feel good
At the fashion shows of the Stuttgart-based provider MEGA Stuttgart (Hall 7), top-notch workwear by leading brands is available. Those who have customer contact should feel particularly comfortable in their workwear, because, as Monika Dabeck, contact person for workwear at the MEGA in Stuttgart, is convinced: "Only those who feel comfortable in their clothing, has a positive charisma, after all, the employees wear the Garments at least eight hours a day. "
 
Behind the scenes: Liver cheese from the glazed sausage kitchen
Another highlight in the SÜFFA village is the "Gläserne Wurstküche" (Hall 9), presented in cooperation with the company Seydelmann Maschinenfabrik, where it is called "Leberkäse live" in front of the audience. The traditional company offers a varied machine program for small and medium-sized meat and sausage producers. For the glass production, the automatic forging machine AD 114 and the high-performance cutter K 40 AC-8 are used.
 
New ways: snacks, barbecue and foodtrucks
In addition to South German fast-food classics such as the Leberkäsweck, freshly-prepared sandwiches are increasingly found in the sales outlets of many butcher shops. The possibilities of this relatively new segment can be found in the snack corner of MOGUNTIA and Aichiger (Hall 9). Growing popularity is also enjoyed by so-called "foodtrucks", mobile grill and food stalls, with which Metzgereibetriebe can enrich their party service by a revenue-rich building block - the show effect is guaranteed! Hijackers in the BBQ and Foodtruck Area (Hall 9) are likely to be "Big Louis", a giant smoker of the company Walter Ludwig with a capacity of rich 9,8 tons.
 
Ladies before: Day of butcherwomen
The day of the butcher women (23 October) is a fixed point of the program of the XFUMX, which has established itself as an important and popular day for the ladies of the meat trade since its first edition 2014. The focus is on female leadership: topics such as "giving recognition better than praise" or "conducting sales talks emotionally" promise valuable suggestions. Women, of course, have free admission, and a glass of welcome champagne is available!
 
Performance is worthwhile: The SÜFFA-quality sausage competitions
They are always eagerly awaited: the competitions and prizes of the SÜFFA. If you are interested in the international SÜFFA-quality sausage contests at the 7.
