QA revisions in the meat industry
At the beginning of January 2024, the QS Academy organized an online seminar for system partners from the meat industry on the updated requirements in the QS guidelines. You can watch the seminar “QS Revisions 2024 – Correctly Implementing New Requirements” now here watch for free.
As part of the online seminar, the most important changes in the guidelines for slaughtering/cutting, processing meat/meat products, meat wholesale, logistics of meat and meat products and butchery trade, which have been in effect since January 1, 2024, will be highlighted. In addition, the two speakers Dorothee Gödde-Sowa and Markus Hensgen, both of whom work in the meat industry at QS, will provide you with an overview of which requirements have been adapted or restructured and tips for implementing them in practice.
