IFF buys FRUTAROM

In the year 2004, Frutarom acquired IFF's fruit base business in Germany and Switzerland. Now the spice giant has been bought by IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.), which has its headquarters in New York.

Frutarom operates internationally and employs approximately 60 production facilities through 2000 employees. Annual sales: over 1,5 billion dollars.

IFF (International Flavors & Fragrances Inc.) is the third largest manufacturer of spices, fragrances and flavorings with headquarters in the USA. Annual sales: over $ 2,5 billion.
