VAN HEES on the SÜFFA 2018

Among other things, VAN HEES is presenting its new complete mixes PRIMAL® onion mince perfect oGAF for onion mince sausage and PRIMAL® Mediterrano for raw ham, salami and much more, as well as various marinades for unusual grilled and pan-fried dishes. SÜFFA visitors can convince themselves of the taste of the new products at the VAN HEES stand. The company offers onion mince on bread and mediterrano sticks and fillets for tasting. Of course, specialist advisors from all areas of the meat industry are available for individual advice.

Onion Mettwurst fresh and safe with PRIMAL® Onion Mett Perfect oGAF
With the new PRIMAL® onion mince perfect oGAF, VAN HEES offers a complete mixture for the production of hearty and at the same time excellent spreadable onion mince sausage. Finely coordinated spices such as pepper, nutmeg, onion and ginger guarantee the typically spicy and at the same time fresh onion sausage taste. The integrated intensive reddening ensures rapid nitrite breakdown and a bright red color. The precisely coordinated freshness offers a high level of protection against Listeria growth. The controlled acidification ensures a pH value below 5,60.

Mediterranean variety for the counter
Mediterranean specialties are enjoying increasing popularity in Germany. With PRIMAL® Mediterrano, VAN HEES offers a complete preparation with valuable natural spices that gives meat products a characteristic Mediterranean-Mediterranean taste. For example, raw ham, salami, raw sausage sticks or meatballs with a very special Mediterranean touch are created. Of course, recipes for this are available from the VAN HEES sales advisors.

Extended season: grill specialties until winter
