Packaging machines for small to medium lot sizes

In a special exhibition area (in front of Hall 5), MULTIVAC will be showing simple and needs-based solutions for packaging in small and medium batches at interpack. This also enables handicraft businesses and small processors to get started with automatic packaging - with the aim of maximum economy and optimal product protection. In addition to various chamber machines in different sizes, the exhibits also include a compact thermoforming packaging machine and two traysealers.

For packaging in bags, MULTIVAC presents its complete product portfolio, which consists of table, stand, double chamber and belt machines. Due to their variable equipment options, the machines can be adapted to the customer-specific requirements of the fabricators and thus contribute to maximum process efficiency.

For packaging in trays, MULTIVAC shows not only the semi-automatic T 060 traysealer but also the automatic T 300, which is used at interpack for the production of MultiFresh^® Vacuum skin packaging is used.

The range of compact thermoforming packaging machines is represented by the R 105 MF, which is used to manufacture high-quality MultiFresh^® Vacuum skin packaging is designed. At interpack, this machine processes MULTIVAC PaperBoard, a paper fiber-based carrier material whose sealing medium meets the special requirements of MultiFresh^® Skin film is designed, whereby perfect packaging results can be achieved.
