Weber mechanical engineering is growing in Asia

Breidenbach, Germany, May 24, 2018. In order to be there with its own sales and service companies where food is processed with Weber machines, Weber is constantly pushing ahead with its international presence. The newest subsidiary, Weber Machinery PTE, LTD Singapore, was opened on February 01st. The managing director is Singaporean Whye Mun Yip. Yip most recently worked in sales and as a project manager at the packaging machine manufacturer Uhlmann in Singapore. The newest Weber location serves customers in Singapore, Taiwan, Thailand, Malaysia, the Philippines, China, Hong Kong, Korea, Indonesia and Vietnam.

Asia is one of the largest growth markets for Weber Maschinenbau. In addition to Weber Group Japan, Singapore is now the second Weber location in Asia.
