AVO-Werke August Beisse GmbH and WTI agree exclusive partnership

The spice specialist from Belm and the Clean Label Pionier with its branch in Hofheim am Taunus bring together taste and food safety. The consumer demand for natural foods (clean label) is often opposed to the simultaneous desire for the longest possible shelf life (MHD). Avoiding e-labeled ingredients calls for natural alternatives to ensure continued product safety. The solution is buffered vinegar produced in a WTI patented process. AVO is now expanding its existing range of fresh food holders under the ERPU-GOLD brand to include individual products based on buffered vinegar. For this, WTI AVO granted an exclusive distribution right.

The technological applications range from cooked sausage, boiled sausage or cooked cured meats, fish and poultry to delicatessen products, salads and convenience products from fresh to deep-frozen. With the products ERPU-GOLD V and ERPU-GOLD VC Ultrafresh, the buffered vinegar is available as liquid variants, while the products ERPU-GOLD DV and ERPU-GOLD DV NATURE are available in dried, powdered form. Depending on the application, these respective states will be beneficial.
