Tönnies wants to take over Lazar

Tönnies wants to take over the Crailsheim company Lazar. According to a company spokesman, the company from Baden-Württemberg with around 200 employees has so far slaughtered and cut up cattle at various locations on behalf of Tönnies. However, the takeover by Tönnies is still subject to the authorities' reservations. The Federal Cartel Office has announced a so-called merger control after Tönnies announced its takeover request on July 29th.
