In Hall 11.1 Stand B91, trade visitors can expect complete line solutions for slicing applications from the Weber and TEXTOR brands - with a large number of innovations and new product presentations. Using two example line configurations with maximum automation, integration and efficiency, Weber demonstrates how the approach of holistic product preparation, processing and packaging leads to more cost-effectiveness. In addition, the solution provider shows how the intelligent networking of all line components and the use of all line data can optimize future production in a variety of ways. The exhibits for different needs and areas of application all have one thing in common: they offer added value in every processing step and thus generate more output from the input for food producers.
