New Head of Communication at DLG

(DLG). Guido Oppenhäuser (48) took over the management of the communications department at DLG (German Agricultural Society) on February 1, 2017. He succeeds Dietrich Holler, who has switched back to self-employment.

Oppenhäuser, who studied journalism and German studies, has been responsible for marketing for the entire DLG group since 2016. He has been working for the DLG in the food communication department since 2003 and is also the editor of the specialist magazine “DLG-Lebensmittel”. Before that, he worked, among other things, in the strategic consulting of various national and international brands as well as companies in the consumer goods and food industries.
