Best trainee at the meat counter: Selina Dockhorn
Hamm - With seven times "very good" and one "good", butcher shop saleswoman Sellina Dockhorn is the best trainee at the Hellweg-Lippe Chamber of Crafts. Hammerin did her training in the Senz butcher's shop, where she has now been taken on. "I had previously started an apprenticeship in a bakery and at Rewe, but neither of those things were for me," says the 28-year-old. The mother of a five-year-old daughter has now found her dream job at Senz.
