Stefanie Mauritz takes over the position of director at Anuga
Stefanie Mauritz (45) takes over the position of Director Anuga at Koelnmesse and thus direct management and development of the world's leading food fair. On February 01.02.2020, XNUMX, she will succeed Lorenz Rau, who, as already known, will leave the company at the end of January and move to Messe Augsburg as Managing Director.
Stefanie Mauritz has been Director of euvend & coffeena, the international trade fair for the vending and coffee industry, since 2016. After earlier work in management consulting, she came to Koelnmesse in 2004, where she was already intensively involved in the development of the comprehensive Cologne portfolio as part of her global competence in Food and FoodTec for twelve years in the business development department.
