Dr. Mark Betzold completes the management of Handtmann Maschinenfabrik
When Dr. Mark Betzold as the new Managing Director for Production and Technology (CTO), Handtmann Maschinenfabrik completes the restructuring of its corporate management. Valentin Ulrich heads the Finance, Controlling, Services and Infrastructure (CFO) divisions as commercial director. Harald Suchanka was appointed Chairman of the Management Board (CEO), who as CSO is also responsible for all sales activities of the mechanical engineering company: “With Dr. Betzold, the management team is completely set up and I am looking forward to driving our ambitious growth targets with him and Mr. Ulrich. Born in Gräfelfinger, he has the necessary expertise for his new, responsible job in the Handtmann Filling and Portioning Systems division. A mechanical engineering degree specializing in production technology and the subsequent doctorate in engineering at the machine tool laboratory at RWTH Aachen University were followed by more than 15 practical years with management experience in various technical functions at the SIG Combibloc Group, a leading system and solution provider for aseptic packaging with headquarters in Neuhausen, Switzerland. “My new job at Handtmann, a company in an extremely dynamic market - food processing, is extremely interesting.
