Accolade for innovative ideas

Industry meeting point SÜFFA awards pioneering innovations for the eighth time / Registration deadline is June 29, 2018
The tasks in the meat industry are as diverse as the fields of activity and company sizes. With the help of suitable solutions, the artisanal butchers and butchers can withstand tough and increasing competition. So there are always innovations to make processes more efficient, to manage knowledge and to ensure quality. The best innovative and future-oriented product and work solutions receive their accolade with the SÜFFA Innovation Prize. "There is no greater award than those from our own ranks," says Ulrich Klostermann, managing director of the state guild association for the butcher's trade in Baden-Württemberg and chairman of the expert jury.
 
Apply until June 29, 2018
All products and processes as well as marketing ideas and concepts for sales in the meat and sausage sector are eligible to participate in the SÜFFA Innovation Prize. All domestic and foreign companies are addressed that are related to the butcher's trade and its products and are registered as exhibitors at SÜFFA 2018. Functional systems, complete facilities as well as individual parts (accessories) or concepts can be entered as competition entries. The submitted products must not be older than 2 years. The closing date for entries is June 29, 2018. Participation in the competition is free.
 
SÜFFA as a presentation platform
The SÜFFA Innovation Prize has been advertised by the state guild association for the butcher's trade in Baden-Württemberg and Messe Stuttgart since 2008. An expert jury, consisting of representatives of the ideal sponsor and the specialist media of the butcher's trade, evaluates the submitted innovations. The products will be presented at SÜFFA from October 20 to 22, 2018. The SÜFFA Innovation Prize itself will be awarded on Sunday, October 21, 2018 on the stage for trends & news during the trade fair.
