SÜFFA will open its doors in the autumn of 2021 (September 18 to 20, 2021)

After a few smaller, important guest events in the summer, Messe Stuttgart is launching the "Recommencement project" with a highlight from its own extensive portfolio. With SÜFFA, the trade fair for the meat industry, it is setting the course for an eventful autumn trade fair. As the first major industry get-together, SÜFFA will open the trade fair gates from September 18 to 20 in Stuttgart. For three days, the butcher's trade fair shows a variety of products from the areas of production, sales and shop equipment. This year, a proud anniversary is being celebrated in Stuttgart: The 25th edition of SÜFFA brings the butcher and butcher trades together again and offers all those involved a central marketplace for the longed-for, personal and professional exchange.
 
Safe trade fair participation
Visitors can come to SÜFFA without any worries. Because the safety and hygiene concept of Messe Stuttgart offers guests the best possible protection and enables safe participation in the trade fair. Andreas Wiesinger, member of the management of Messe Stuttgart, has a positive view of the trade fair: “The SÜFFA will take place safely and in accordance with all regulations of the authorities. The vaccination against Corona is gaining momentum in Germany, and we are also regularly adapting our concept to the latest requirements. ”With wider aisles, the distance rules would be optimally adhered to during the trade fair visit. Positive prognosis
A positive prognosis for the SÜFFA is also made by Joachim Lederer, state guild master of the state guild association for the butcher's trade in Baden-Württemberg on behalf of the visitors: “Overall, the industry coped well with the special situation of the past year and a high willingness to invest is noticeable in many places. Now it is important to bring these two factors together on a marketplace like SÜFFA - this is a huge opportunity for all exhibitors and visitors! "
