The Family Butchers with the first veal sausage line on the German market

Versmold, February 2020 - High quality and best taste - The Family Butchers combines these characteristics in the new brand "Vitulino". The first veal sausage line on the German market is available as a salami and cooked sausage variant in six different types on the self-service shelf and ensures special moments of pleasure in everyday life.
TFB uses 100% best veal for the Vitulino range. The new sausage line is available as a salami in the following varieties - with fine mold, air-dried and smoked and refined with Black Aged Pepper. The raw sausage traditionally matures slowly and develops its mild and special aroma. In addition, the three cooked sausage varieties Jagdwurst with mustard seeds, Lyoner and ham with pistachios complete the range for gourmet fans. All varieties do not have any flavor enhancers and are also 100% gluten-free. "

Quality and enjoyment paired with exclusivity are criteria that nutrition-conscious consumers in particular value when making a purchase decision. Against this background, gourmet products are increasingly in demand. With Vitulino we are responding to this development and bringing something special to the everyday culinary life of consumers. This enables us to be the first manufacturer in Germany to offer our customers sausage products made from the best veal, ”explains Manfred Lehmitz, Managing Director Brand Sales at TFB.
