DLG school class competition for the butcher's trade
(DLG). Technical, vocational and commercial schools of the butcher trade now have the opportunity to register their products for the school class competition of the DLG (German Agricultural Society). The best specialist class can look forward to prize money of 1.500 euros. The registration deadline is October 8, 2018.
Any specialist class can participate Meat products from our own production take part in the DLG competition. The participation fee per rehearsal is EUR 74. All specialist classes with at least two award-winning products are included in the evaluation of the competition, which is endowed with 1.500 euros.
Every participating class is a winner: the DLG experts create an expert report for each product. This contains important information for junior staff on quality optimization. The expert opinion is based on the product-specific DLG 5-point schemes®. All award-winning products receive a certificate and a DLG medal.
With the new school class competition, the DLG wants to set an example for quality and sensitize young people to it at an early stage. Because a pronounced awareness of quality is of decisive importance as a success factor today.
