DFV-year comparison of operating costs
The survey for the annual comparison of operating costs by the German Butchers' Association has started. This year, too, the DFV receives support from butchers, tax offices and booking offices throughout Germany. The comparison of operating costs by the DFV is used by companies to assess their business self-assessment and is at the same time the basis for assessing the entire industry. In addition to the figures from the balance sheet and annual financial statements, a range of additional, specialist information is included, for example sales by sales channels, a comparison of chain stores and key figures such as the productivity of sales staff. Each participating company receives a free evaluation. Additional copies can be requested from the association for a flat fee of 15 euros.
The DFV calls on all guild companies to return the form linked here to the association by January 15, 2021. On request, the questionnaire is also available as a PDF by e-mail or printed out by post.
