Tönnies demands the abolition of the contract for work contracts with posting on A1
The Tönnies group of companies calls on politicians to create legal regulations that prohibit a work contract with A1 posting. "We need a fair contract for work and services on the basis of German labor and social security law in the entire German economy," says Clemens Tönnies, managing partner. “Contracts for work and services are used in the construction industry, shipbuilding, online mail order business or in the public sector.” This fair work contract is an important pillar of the German market economy and must remain so.
But Tönnies calls on politicians to legally prohibit the abuse of work contract regulations. "The regulations of the law on contracts for work and services according to A1 posting, i.e. without a German employment contract and without German social insurance, must be prohibited."
