New CMA brochure makes you want to hack

More than just enjoyment

The new brochure "Minced meat recipes" from the CMA Centrale Marketing-Gesellschaft der Deutschen Agrarwirtschaft mbH tempts with tasty delicacies to cook and enjoy. "Minced meat pies in a savoy cabbage coating", "canapés with tartar and quail egg" and "herb crêpe rolls with minced meat filling on caper sauce" stimulate the appetite.

In addition to numerous recipes, the 24-page brochure contains extensive information about the product. Minced meat is an ideal source of protein. For example, 100 grams of tartare contains around 22 grams of protein. In addition, minced meat supplies the body with valuable B group vitamins and minerals. The German Minced Meat Ordinance regulates the production, treatment and sale of minced meat products through strict legal regulations. So nothing stands in the way of carefree enjoyment.
