AVO offers sausages based on the Mediterranean model

 
The taste experts from Belm are enriching the upcoming barbecue summer with new premium-class bratwurst creations. The chorizo ​​is based on the Spanish original with a typical red paprika coloring and a correspondingly hot note. In the style of the Cucina Italiana, it becomes spicy and spicy with the salsiccia, a typical coarse bratwurst with a note of fennel, aniseed and paprika, which can be made from both pork and veal. The Merguez comes up with French-African flair. Originally from North Africa, this hot and spicy specialty with paprika, chili and cumin became popular in France before conquering counters in Germany. 
 
All premium varieties can be served differently after grilling. The French like the merguez in a kind of hot dog in bread, the slices of salsiccia can also refine a soup and the chorizo ​​seasons hearty salads or even stews.
AVO also provides beef sausages with typical smoke aromas, starting from the rubs of the American BBQ. You can choose between Smokey Rub and Hot Smokey Rub. The Black-Aged-Pepper mixture for premium bratwurst offers a special refinement, based on sea salt-fermented pepper.
