AVO presents a new range in the convenience area
With the AVO Originals The Belmer taste experts are gradually developing a new range of spice mixes, marinades and sauces that perfectly match the respective national kitchens. Whether US, Mediterranean, Latin American, Eastern European, Scandinavian or Asian - there are no limits to the culinary variety. Each recipe uses authentic, original compositions that are typical of the country and make the AVO Originals so unique.
“We develop and deliver spice mixes, rubs, seasoning sauces and marinades for our customers all over the world. These have to meet the typical taste of the country, not only of our customers, but also of the consumers on site. Therefore the decision was obvious to develop an independent range from this AVO competence ”, explains managing director Guido Maßmann the core idea of the new, comprehensive range AVO Originals. After all, consumers in Germany also want to enjoy the original international specialties.
For the introduction of the new line, AVO is setting three culinary exclamation points from and for Asian cuisine: With the AVO Originals Sweet Chili, Red Thai Curry and Roasted sesame three highlights promise exceptional enjoyment. All three new compositions are offered as complete marinades. There are no limits to creativity, individuality and ingenuity in application. The three new AVO creations are ideally suited for the production of vegetarian and vegan convenience and snack products, for example using jackfruit. From the kitchen to the catering and the party service to the sale over the service counter and of course the hot counter, fresh and pre-cooked, all culinary uses are open. And best of all: the spice specialists from Belm already have further AVO Originals surprises in their recipe books for the future.
