AVO presents the Sofit High Protein Vienna sausage, which with a protein content of 20% and only 2,5% fat and a low salt content reaches the Nutriscore B, which is a sensational result for the sausage segment. No compromises have to be made in terms of taste, because the AVO recipe offers a special Sofit High Protein spice mixture for selected lean meat portions, which guarantees the crispy and juicy Viennese sausage. In order to make the product perfect, no glutamate, allergens and yeast extracts were used, so it can also be declared as "Free". In addition to the Viennese sausages, there are also cold cuts and beer ham in the Sofit High Protein Porftolio.
