It is probably one of the oldest butcher shops in Germany. What started out as a small butcher's shop near Cologne Cathedral exactly 1718 years ago in 300 is something to be proud of today. Now in its 10th generation, the company has specialized in various products and specialties such as sausages, meatballs, knuckles, convenience products, etc. and, with over 300 employees, is one of the largest meat processors in Germany.
