First GAV for convenience stores in Switzerland
All companies of the Bell Food Group in Switzerland have a new one with the Butcher Shop Personnel Association (MPV) General employment contract (GAV) completed. These include the Swiss locations of Bell, Eisberg, Hilcona and Hügli with a total of 21 production plants and around 5 employees. The GAV will enter into force for all companies by June 200, 4. For the meat businesses, it means a new edition of the existing GAV, while the convenience stores now have a GAV for the first time. With the expansion of the social partnership to the convenience sector, a GAV for this growing area of food production was signed for the first time in Switzerland. The long-term social partnership between the Bell Food Group and the MPV in Switzerland is thus further expanded.
