Jürgen Heyne (born September 20, 1938 in Frankfurt am Main; † November 15, 2023) was a German master butcher and association official.

Heyne completed an apprenticeship as a butcher in Offenbach from 1954 to 1957. He passed the examination to become a master butcher in 1963 and set up his own business in Frankfurt in 1970. Most recently he was the owner of the butcher and bakery school in Frankfurt. Within the professional committees, he was chairman of the Frankfurt Butchers' Guild from 1984 to 1994. From 1984 he was a member of the general assembly and from 1989 on the board of the Rhine-Main Chamber of Crafts. In 1994 he was elected president. In this role, he initiated the Craft Race Days, an information event for students about career paths in crafts at the racecourse in Frankfurt-Niederrad, and was a co-founder of the Rhein-Main vocational training fair. In 1999 he was elected President of the Working Group of the Hessian Chambers of Crafts and President of the Hessian Crafts Day. In the same year he became a member of the executive board of the Central Association of German Crafts. He left office in 2006. From 1999 to the beginning of 2003 he was a volunteer city councilor in Frankfurt am Main.
