Matias Jennebach changes to Hoppe GmbH/Uwe Ginkel also takes over the management of ZIMBO Deutschland GmbH

On July 1st, 2011, Matias Jennebach (44) and Uwe Ginkel (49) took on new tasks within the ZIMBO group of companies: Matias Jennebach took over the operational management of Hoppe GmbH. The company, which specializes in high-quality convenience products made from minced meat, has been part of the Swiss Bell Group since the beginning of the year and will be continued as an independent subsidiary under the umbrella of ZIMBO Fleisch- und Wurstwaren GmbH & Co. KG.
Uwe Ginkel, who was previously responsible for the areas of production, logistics and purchasing and has been part of the ZIMBO management since 2004, is now also taking over the operational management and sales management for Germany and Central Europe. This was previously held by Matias Jennebach.
