Christian Leuthner (39 years old) is the new head of the meat/poultry department at ZENTRAG Central Cooperative of the European Butchers' Trade. Christian Leuthner is a trained master butcher and studied business administration. Before that, he was Purchasing Manager at Migros Germany for the fresh food sector with fruit, dairy, meat, fish and cheese for five years. Another previous station in his professional career was ten years as purchasing manager at the Marktkauf AVA Group, which has belonged to Edeka since 2006.

Christian Leuthner places his main focus at ZENTRAG on expanding the customer spectrum and supplementing the product range with current ranges, such as in the "organic products" area.
