Chief Representative Hermann Arnold finished his interim activity - the market leader in poultry sausage looks with restructuring on track

Frank Nölke (47) switched from the advisory board to the management of the Nölke Group on July 15. As Chairman of the Management Board, he will continue the comprehensive restructuring that began in 2011 at the market leader in the poultry sausage market (Gutfried brand).

After 10 years of cooperation, 8 of which as an advisory board member, Hermann Arnold (60) has ended his interim position as general representative of the Nölke Group.

Under his direction, the realignment of the Nölke Group was started in spring 2011. “Nölke is on the right track. The decision of the family to take full entrepreneurial responsibility again in this demanding phase of restructuring is a very positive signal for our customers and the workforce, ”said Hermann Arnold.

Frank Nölke holds a degree in business administration (MBA) and has been chairman of the Nölke Group's advisory board since 2009. From 1994 to 1998 he was already responsible for the Waren / Müritz location and then until 2002 for the subsidiary Frischdienst Union. At that time, the Nölke family shareholders decided to delegate operational management to non-family directors.

The shareholders and advisory board expressly thank Hermann Arnold for the many years of successful and extremely trusting cooperation.
