German Butchers Association Sales and cost analysis
Frankfurt am Main, February 25, 2020. Guild companies wishing to take part in the current sales and cost analysis of the German Butchers' Association have the opportunity to do so until April 30, 2020. The strengths and weaknesses of the company are worked out on the basis of the key figures of the BWA. The sales and costs are not compared with the average, but individual target figures are determined for each company. Each participating company receives a detailed but easy to understand report. The figures from 2019 are examined.
In addition, the most important key figures for each company are anonymously summarized in operating cost statistics. This enables the participating butchers to make a direct comparison with similarly structured businesses. A more detailed explanation as well as the order and a questionnaire are already set in the password-protected member area. The required documents and further information can also be requested directly from the German Butchers Association in Frankfurt.
