Dishes for hot counter and party service

Workshop for the butcher's trade

The consumption habits of the people in Germany are changing rapidly. The traditional meal, prepared in one's own kitchen, is becoming less and less important. Instead, there is increasing demand for services, be it in the form of out-of-home consumption - especially as a small meal in between - or as a party service that relieves the host of the time-consuming preparation of appetizing snacks, varied buffets or high-quality menus.

These business areas offer butcher shops interesting opportunities to distinguish themselves with an attractive, comprehensive range and thus generate additional sales and win new customers.

For this reason, the Wirtschaftsförderungsgesellschaft des Fleischer Handwerks mbH, together with the kitchen specialists from the Nestlé Foodservice GmbH training center, developed the concept for a workshop "Dishes for the hot counter and party service in the butcher's trade". in Heppenheim an der Bergstraße offers a broad overview of modern kitchen technology, contemporary cooking methods, high-quality ingredients and creative recipes that is precisely tailored to the needs of butchers. In a practical part, a complete buffet will be prepared and set up by the seminar participants themselves under the motto "Specialities from Germany" and of course enjoyed together.

A social evening including a wine tasting with Bergstrasse wines, which concludes the first day of the seminar, offers the opportunity to exchange experiences and make contacts.

The participation fee for this seminar is 250 euros per person plus VAT. In addition, there are the costs for accommodation, which can be booked in a nearby hotel at preferential rates.
