Handtmann Inotec's sausage separation technology is ideal for the precise, quick and automated separation of a wide range of sausage types in artificial, collagen or natural casings. It is extremely flexible and can be used for both small and large caliber products. Example applications include sausage products, meat substitute sausage products, soup toppings, confectionery and sausage products from the pet food sector. The patented double sensor technology ensures reliable detection of the twisting point for all products and ensures exact separation with excellently precise cutting quality, because the exact detection of the twisting point ensures the precise cutting point of the three-edged sickle knife. The intersection point and the automatic intersection point detection can also be flexibly adapted to the product using the touch control. The servo-driven three-edged sickle knife ensures a particularly fast cutting sequence and a continuous production process. With the WT99-iT models, up to 1.800 cuts per minute can be achieved. This means they are optimally designed for industrial use. They cover the processing of sausage products in natural, collagen and artificial casings in the caliber range from 8-105 mm. The feed and discharge belts can be easily adapted to the respective caliber using the digital touch control. Thanks to the patented double sensor technology, even particularly short sausages from 24 mm can be separated precisely.

The WT99-iT model series offers the right separation technology for every type of sausage. The WT99-iT-SA model with automatic caliber adjustment and a cutting performance of up to 1.800 cuts per minute is designed for calibers 15-55 mm and product lengths from 50 mm. The WT99-iT-B model with automatic caliber adjustment is for large caliber products from 37-105 mm and product lengths from 150 mm and achieves up to 400 cuts per minute. The entry-level model in sausage cutting technology with manual caliber adjustment, the model WT99-iT-M, is designed for calibers 8-48 mm and product lengths from 32 or 50 mm with up to 1.800 cuts per minute. WT99-iT D is specially designed for the precise separation of cocktails with a caliber of 8-48 mm and from 24/32 mm in length. A performance of up to 600 cuts per minute is possible here. The WT15-iT C with a performance of up to 56 cuts per minute is used for cutting and separating set products with a caliber of 50-99 mm and lengths from 100 mm. The WT99-iT TWIN model offers top industrial performance with a 2-lane separation and separation process for sausage products in calibers 8-32 mm and lengths from 32 or 50 mm. The performance here is up to 3.600 cuts per minute. WT97-iT was designed specifically for curved sausage products. A special infeed and outfeed ensures maximum protection of the bent sausages while at the same time providing a high cutting performance of up to 1.800 cuts per minute. Products made from natural, collagen and artificial casings with a caliber of 14-44 mm are reliably separated.
