evenord: innovation fair with charm

On October 7th and 8th, the 49th evenord opens its doors in the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. Among other things, visitors can look forward to a new themed stand. This is dedicated to the trend delicacy pulled beef and will offer tips and equipment for preparation as well as some delicacies to try. Of course, butchers as well as restaurateurs will find the usual wide range of raw materials and butchery supplies, appealing work clothes and decorations as well as optimal shop organization and furnishings. This year evenord brings together around 155 exhibitors and over 5.500 visitors from southern Germany.

Butchers should already mark the second weekend in October in red on their calendar. Then it's back to evenord in the Nuremberg Exhibition Center. Butchers, but also more and more trade visitors from the catering and communal catering sector, can find out about cooling equipment and vehicles, meat processing machines and equipment, boiler, smoke and air conditioning systems here. The service, shopfitting, packaging, workwear, cleaning and disinfection as well as marketing and advisory services segments are also represented at evenord.

evenord arrived in hall 12
Last year evenord moved to Hall 12 of the exhibition grounds. Thomas Preutenborbeck, Head of Department at NürnbergMesse, takes stock: “The move was the right decision. In Hall 12 we can offer our customers even more modernity without losing the comfort and charm of the evenord. The even better public connection to the hall is also a plus. It was well received. ”In 2017 there will also be a bus shuttle from the parking lots to the West Entrance, so that it is also possible to travel comfortably with your own car.

evenord 2017: What's new?
Conceptually, something is also happening at evenord 2017: In addition to the usual wide range of high-quality products and services, this time visitors can look forward to a themed stand that is entirely dedicated to the meat specialty pulled beef. At the stand, the popular TV chef Wolfgang Link, known from the “Wir in Bayern” format on BR TV, will also conjure up some goodies and at the same time present his concept of a healthy, tasty low-carb diet.

A lunch menu without hot sausages or steaming meat loaf? Unthinkable for the modern butcher shop! But it has to be done quickly. For this reason evenord 2017 will once again take up the topics of hot counters and convection ovens and their options. This thematic focus was already very well received by the public in 2016. The trade fair guests experience new, innovative devices, but also well-tried machines in the product demonstration of the Evenord eG live in action.

evenord: The family meeting place for almost 50 years
Evenord combines innovation and tradition. In 50, visitors can look forward to the warm, down-to-earth atmosphere that has characterized the event for almost 2017 years. There is also a lively exchange with the Evenord eG board members Horst Schneider, Karlheinz Lorenz and Hans Kittler and their staff. And the little ones? They are also very welcome. Evenord is and will remain an event for the whole family: so that parents can exchange industry news undisturbed, the popular evenord childcare facility with painting stations and a bouncy castle awaits the youngest trade fair guests.

Once again, the popular evenord beer garden takes care of your physical well-being. In addition to white and Viennese sausages, it offers delicious meat loaf - naturally freshly made on site in the transparent production facility.

It doesn't work without decoration
An appealing presentation of meat, sausage and cheese products is very important. Visitors interested in decorative items are therefore once again offering a comprehensive range of beautiful items for their shop. The evenord decorative surface heralds the big Christmas business. Opening and opening times
The official opening will take place on Saturday, October 7, 2017, at the Evenord eG information booth in Hall 12 (booth 12-403): At 14 p.m. Horst Schneider, CEO of Evenord eG, welcomes the guests. A representative of the city of Nuremberg will then give the opening speech and accompany the tour of the fair. The exhibition is open on Saturday from 14 p.m. to 20 p.m. and on Sunday from 9 a.m. to 18 p.m. Trade visitors can obtain free entry passes from Evenord eG or directly at the entrance to the fair.
