Strong partner for the food industry: At the interpack, Weber Maschinenbau presents a holistic portfolio with perfectly coordinated line solutions for different applications and innovative services. Setting trends with a consistent customer focus and turning needs into solutions – that has always been a feature of Weber Maschinenbau. The system provider is therefore presenting itself at interpack under the motto "we innovate along the line". The trade fair innovations from the areas of technology, service and digitization prove once again that Weber understands what moves the market.

In Hall 5, Stand D22, visitors can expect two impressive line concepts that are uncompromisingly tailored to the specific needs of cold cut production. For example, Weber is presenting a flexible, high-performance and fully integrated line that is also optimally designed for small production batches and uses a sustainable packaging concept that is an absolute novelty on the thermoformer. In addition, Weber experts are on hand to provide visitors with competent advice on materials and recyclability and present innovative packaging solutions that meet all requirements in terms of greater recyclability and resource conservation.

For the first time, Weber is offering visitors daily live cutting and packaging demonstrations in the Weber lightweight hall in the outdoor area (FG04-01). With the help of three line concepts for different needs and applications, the specialist audience can convince themselves of the outstanding solutions of the full-service provider and experience Weber's innovative strength live. One of the highlights: a high-performance line for processing cheese in the highest output ranges. Due to the interaction of exciting innovations in the Weber portfolio in the areas of product preparation, transport and software, this solution is able to reduce empty packaging to a minimum, along with many other advantages.

In addition to digital service offers and the after-sales program Weber Guardian, Weber is presenting a newly developed maintenance management tool for the first time at interpack. With the help of this cloud-based program, maintenance and service calls for lines and individual components can be planned and managed. In this way, production can be protected against unplanned downtime, downtime costs reduced and high line availability ensured.
