CMA starts new distance learning courses for export employees in April

In good times and in bad times: Expertise is required

A sound specialist knowledge is the basis for successful business in every industry. Especially employees in the export area have to be prepared in good time for new export markets and the associated challenges - especially since the economy should pick up again in 2004. Under the motto "Targeted and active training of future export specialists from our own ranks", the CMA Centrale Marketing-Gesellschaft der Deutschen Agrarwirtschaft mbH offers an optimal approach with two qualification measures.

The qualifications for "Certified Export Clerk" and "Certified" Export Manager start on April 2, 2004. The first training offer is a one-year, part-time course It conveys all the necessary knowledge from the proper handling of export orders to the establishment and expansion of international business.

In a three-month crash course, the qualification to become a “Certified Export Manager” conveys key aspects of an export manager’s field of work and enables the participants to develop company-specific action plans.

The further training offers are characterized by a meaningfully coordinated topic. The content can be learned independently of time and individually. Depending on the participant, different service variants (Basic, Classic/Premium or New Wave) can be selected.

The "Basic" version is suitable for private participants and the "Classic/Premium" version is suitable for the participants specifically supported by their companies. The special version "New Wave" was specially developed for people who travel a lot and have a particularly tight time budget. In addition to a high didactic level, the qualification offers guarantee personal support as well as working together in a team. With the support of their companies, 800 participants from different sectors have already taken this step while working.
